Who are we?

We are Richardson JumpStarters, LLC, a U.S. registered company based in Kansas, USA. We sell jumpstarters.

We ONLY collect information about you once you fill out a

  • chat request;

  • contact us form’;

  • or sign up for a demo;

  • or fill out a rental or purchase contract with us;

All other data is not stored until one of these events happen.

We obtain personal information, such as your name, email address, and I.P address when you use our website, for example, when you contact us for product and services support, download our manuals, or when you make a purchase.

Information we collect automatically

As with all other websites data about your visit to our website is collected automatically . This information includes your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit the Richardson websites including richardsonjumpstarters.com and richardsonjumpster.com and the time you visited and which pages you visited.

If you are a Richardson customer we collect data on our interactions such as when you access your license or when you send us support requests.
